Hi, I'm a resident of Rainbow ville, and I am quite surprise to see a blog for this area when it has already been set up for 2 years and there was no publicity for this blog as far as I know of. I would like to see more publicity of this blog so that there can be more followers for this blog instead of just 9 followers. Afterall, I suppose the objective of this blog is to outreach to the younger generation of this area.
I like this upgrading of the shelter. However, this came quite late as for many years, the shelters have been "upgrading" and yet still have its flaws. One major flaw at that time was the lack of the linkage to block 409 from the basketball court even though it was only a short distance, luckily this was addressed. I hope that the newly developed shelter will really serve its purpose of sheltering from rain and to ensure that ALL the flats in this area is being linked properly, as there are many elderly staying in this area. Further changes to the shelters will only show poor planning and cause resentment in the residents.
